Centos 4.5 installing OMSA Problem

i am running CentOS 4.5 on a PE1650 (it is a Trixbox/Asterisk server)

when i run "yum install srvadmin-all"  it sets up the repos and then the final message i get is "srvadmin-all is an invalid argument" and then "nothing to do"

OMSA does not install

can anyone please shed any light.  i have had no problems using "yum" for installing other software and so i know "yum" works

i tried the up2date method and it says that it cannot find the obsolete files on the CentOS website

can anyone please shed any light.  thanks
