Errors encountered while trying to upgrade BIOS

Hi,

Using the Fedora Core 7 LiveCD, I was able to update the firmware on a
PE 2950 and a PE 6850 but when I tried updating the BIOS to either
1.3.7 or 1.5.1 from our existing 1.2.0, I get the following:

Collecting inventory...

An error occurred.  The Dell Instrumentation Driver (HAPI) could not be loaded"

Is this a package that needs to be installed for the BIOS update to be
applied?  If so, where can you download it?
