Hi Frank,

It tells me the following is stopped: 

ipmi driver is stopped
dsm_sa_datamgr32d is stopped
dsm_sa_eventmgr32d is stopped

I am not an OMSA expert but I just had a similar problem and running this
might give a clue;
 
/usr/bin/srvadmin-services.sh status
