"fixing" memory error

BTW: This link does not work any more. :-( Had to click trhough the
support area - it is listed under "Systems management"/"System E-support
Tool".

I ran a report, then cleared the esmlog. omreport still says "Status:
Critical" for the DIMM.

Anything els I can do?
