Hi,
You can use racadm command line utility for changing properties
of DRAC5. You can use "racadm setniccfg -s <Ipaddress of DRAC> <Netmask>
<gateway>" for changing IP of DRAC
You can use ipmitool ( which is open source tool ) for doing all
those things from CLI
Thanks,
Krishnaprasad

If you have the OMSA web interface installed, its under System > Main
System Chassis > Remote Access, then the Configuration tab. I'm pretty
sure omconfig has access from the CLI, but I've never done it before.

remote reconfig of DRAC5?
This is an RTFM type question - but .. if a server is up and working, is
there any way to reach the DRAC5 card from within the OS and at least
modify the IP and gateway it is using, so I can then reach it directly
.. or does that require a human, a keyboard, a console and a reboot?
thanks
