Perc 4e/DC Resynching on a weekly basis

I have a PowerValut 220S running in clustered mode connected to two PowerEdge 1850 running RHEL 4.5 connected via a Perc 4e/DC card.  Every Saturday night, for the past couple of months, OMSA on one of the nodes reports a 
Resynching processing occuring.  During this time, OMSA on the second node reports everything is fine.

These systems have been recently upgraded with the latest RAID Controller firmware and OMSA 5.2.1 via the Dell SUU utility, but the same results occur.  Is there anything that would cause this to occur only once a week at the same time each week?
