IPMI access to BIOS on sc1435 server

Use ipmitool's lanplus interface to create a Serial-Over-Lan
connection. (This is, not inappropriately, called "SOL"). Then you
can edit the BIOS directly. I had to use DTK to configure the BMC for
this. It also requires some BIOS configuration that is explained in
the Dell manual for the SC1435.
