hwup consuming CPU on PE2950 / openSUSE 10.2

Hi there,

after booting our PE2950, I have two processes running:
/bin/bash /sbin/hwup bus-pci-0000:04:00.0 -o hotplug

The device is:
04:00.0 PCI bridge: Broadcom Unknown device 0103 (rev c2)

Has anybody an idea what might cause this and how to fix it?
