IPMI access to BIOS on sc1435 server

Hello list,

I'm a new PowerEdge customer and I'm hoping to learn more about using
IPMI to manage my new SC1435 servers.  I've done the basic
configuration and can access my server over the network with ipmtool
running on a different Linux server at this point, but I don't see a
clear way to make BIOS configuration changes via this interface.

Does anyone know if it is possible to access my BIOS interface at boot
time over the network with ipmi?
