Hi Rudy.  Thanks for doing these.  Now that I've been packaging this
up for Fedora and OpenSUSE, I've found your deb packaging again.  I'll
take a look at these and incorporate the changes necessary with the
most recent upstream builds (e.g. libbiosdevname is gone, yea; no
reason to actually bundle the static version; no more dep on
sysfsutils, yea!).

Does Debian not like to see the debian/ directory included in the
upstream release?  I'm never clear on this point.  I'd like to include
it in the upstream tarball if that's permitted, just so when I make
impacting changes I can fix that too.  Thoughts?
