Dell 2450 Power On after Power Failure

Is there a way to set Dell PowerEdge 2450 servers to automatically boot
when power is connected? I would like to set them so that if there is a
power failure, they will automatically boot back up after a power
failure. I've looked through the BIOS, but I haven't seen an option
there.
