OMSA 5.2 starting very slow

That is somewhat normal. Some of the libraries used to enumerate older SCSI based controllers can be somewhat slow, especially on OSes where they need to resort to backup methods to enumerate controllers.

How long does it usually take for OMSA (especially datamgr) to start? On my system (2850 with gentoo 64) everything works OK, but it takes about 1 minute to start datamgr service. Do you think that this is normal?
