Mem ECC Warning

Hi,

today my server dont start anymore, it can't mount anymore the /usr and /var partition, checking the server i found the following alert from the DRAC

10/11/2007 14:54:54   Mem ECC Warning: memory sensor, transition to critical from less severe ( DIMM1 )

the DIMM 1 is dead?
