What type of hardware is it? You may have to bring the replaced drive
online.
I would give Dell tech support a call, and let them verify what is going
on.
Defintely drive 0:0 (first drive in your shelf) is having problems.
Check the timestamp
On that to make sure you are not looking at the log pre-replacement.

So the first disk, disk 0, is failing. Is that the one he replaced?
