How do I install OpenManage server admin tools on DellPowerEdge 1850 running CentOS 3.9?

Greetings:

Changing /etc/redhat-release  to use "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release
3(Taroon Update 9)" and re-running 

wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/bootstrap.cgi | bash


and 

yum install srvadmin-all

did not change the outcome.

Any other thoughts?
