How do I install OpenManage server admin tools on DellPowerEdge 1850 running CentOS 3.9?

Greetings:

 

System is a Dell PowerEdge 1850 running CentOS 3.9

 

I upgraded yum to 2.4.3 per
http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-announce/2007-November/014370.html

 

Per http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/ I run the boot strap which appears
to go well.

 

Then I try to do the "yum install srvadmin-all" step and I'm told there is
no matching package to install.

 

I did review
http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/FAQ#Repository_setup_fine.2C
_srvadmin_wont_install and made sure that /etc/yum.conf has
"distroverpkg=centos-release" along with "plugins=1"

 

I also tried "yum clean all" per
http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/FAQ#Repository_setup_fine.2C
_srvadmin_wont_install

 

What do I need to do in order to install the OpenManage tools on CentOS 3.9?
