Without further details, I would say you have a drive that is soft failing repeatly. If you don't have a hot spare for it to fail over to, then I would pop a fresh drive in it to see if it continues.

Hi

In the last three days megamon has been sending this kind of emails
about every 10 hours.

[11/25/2007 (00:46:32)]:
Adapter 0 Logical Drive 0 is DEGRADED.
[11/25/2007 (00:46:32)]:
         Adapter 0 Channel 0 Target 3:
Physical Drive[ ST380013AS 3.18] is Changed to REBUILD.

[11/25/2007 (01:47:31)]:
Adapter 0 Logical Drive 0 is OPTIMAL.
[11/25/2007 (01:47:31)]:
         Adapter 0 Channel 0 Target 3:
Physical Drive[ ST380013AS 3.18] is Changed to ONLINE.

Should I take measures to replace that drive? Could it be a controller
problem?
