You haven't described what you've tried so far.  Did you try:

$ sudo rpm -qva|egrep -i "bind|isc|named" 

Paste the output?

Your best bet is to upgrade to WS5 / WS5.1, since its free if you have
WS4, and just run "yum install bind".  Otherwise your bind version is
likely to be eons behind and probably un-patched to the latest CVEs.
