Simple answer: NO

There is the SUU Pre-req CD, which is used to bring a machine up the the
pre-req level, allowing SUU (Systems Update utility) to carry on, from
the OS via an SUU CD.

pre-req v1

hs1&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R99082&SystemID=PWE_PNT_P3C_2550&servicetag=&os
=WNET&osl=en&deviceid=10012&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=1&catid=-1&impid=-
1&formatcnt=1&libid=36&fileid=128359

SUU (for use in an OS.. sadly)

=gen&releaseid=R121334&SystemID=PWE_PNT_P3C_2550&servicetag=&os=WNET&osl
=en&deviceid=9796&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=4&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcn
t=1&libid=36&fileid=163038

best bet, if you want to automate the process somewhat, would be to burn
a CD with FDD/HDD emulation and put the floppy updates onto there.
unsupported, however has been done by my previous customers before

Subject: Firmware upgrade ISO ?

Is there such a thing as a bootable ISO that would be able to upgrade
the firmware (BIOS/Backplane/RAID) on various Dell servers
(2550/2650/1650/1750/1850/1950/1855 etc)

Mark.
