SMASH CLP On Dell 1950/2950

I've installed all the OMSA packages and this executable was not
installed. I also grep-ed all the rpms that I downloaded, and cannot
find  the smash-shell app.Can anyone from Dell shed some light on this
problem, so should I contact support (sigh)?

I have read the docs and there seems to be smash-shell (/usr/bin/smash).

which software package is this shell included?
