To access the SMASH CLI, you just need to SSH into the DRAC
(root/calvin is the default username/password).  Once you login, type
'smclp' at the prompt, and you'll be in the SMASH console.  This
document goes into a little detail on getting started:

So far my experience with it has been pretty good for basic
power-on/power-off functions, although the CLI is pretty sparse,
especially when compared to other management cards such as the Sun
iLOM.
