yes. A RHEL subscription is a RHEL subscription, regardless of which
_version_ of RHEL you wish to run.

Yes, PE1850 is supported by Dell with RHEL5. If you were trying to
run a version of the OS that wasn't supported on that system
(e.g. RHEL 2.1), then no, Dell support couldn't help you.
