Superblock problem on PE1950

Hi,

we have install 2 Pe 1950 with centos 5 on this week, both servers are still in test (we have install only the OS). After 3-4 days we have check the server and both was down, the system can't mount anymore the partition, booting the servers in single user mode we found that the superblock was damage, now i am wondering if someone have the same problem on Pe 1950, we use Perc5 raid 1 with 143gb sas and 4 gb of ram, it is really strange that this happend at the same time on two different servers.
