Martin,
I notice you have 9600 set in BIOS and the grub kernel options, but when you connnect, you get 57600. I'm guessing that's your problem.
What does this command give?
omreport chassis bmc config=serial
I have 57600 in all three places, and it works fine for me. Feel free to try 9600 or 57600, but whatever number you choose should be the same everywhere.
