No, your figures are right - these servers are not low power. You can  
config (or even retrofit) Dell servers with lower power CPUs (e.g.  
PowerEdge Energy Smart 2970, or spec Xeon 5148/5345 CPUs) to get more  
bang for your amp.

For real low power, Mac Minis rule - dual-core 1.8GHz pulls only 12W  
at idle, 40W peak. They're a bit short of hot swap PSUs and RAID -  
though you can swap out whole servers instead... ;*)
