We've got 3 Dual PIV-Xeon PowerEdge 2850 here and each of them has 6 15K 
disks with redundant power. Voltage is 220/230 here (France) 

We've measured with the electrician and we found an average of 
1.2 A at startup time, then 1 A once fully running, for each server.
(maybe the precision is not very good, since we measured before
the UPS, but that's what we've got after several cold starts)
