PowerEdge Ampere

Hi,
I recentry bought 3 PowerEdge and I'm looking for a colocation in a server
farm. The problem is that even though I need only 8 units or 1/4 of rack (11)
units, some ISP bounds me to 2,5 Ampere. Now, if I look at the 3 server:
2950, 4 sas 15K disks, 4 gb ram, redundant power
1950, 2 sas 10K disks, 2 gb ram, redundant power
860, 2 sas 10K disks, 1 gb ram, no redundant power
and 1
PowerConnect 2708
I see that the Ampere count is somewhat around 4,39 Ampere.
Being in Italy, the Voltage is 220.
Is this count right?
Do they, alltogether, require 5 ampere? That will compel me to take 1/2 a
rack, the only size I will have 5 ampere with.
Or I should use a different method to evaluate the Ampere required?
Thank you in advance for your help.
