make_driver_dir.py on http://linux.dell.com/yum/hardware/_tools/

When I try to access
http://linux.dell.com/yum/hardware/_tools/make_driver_dir.py, I get a
forbidden access error.

 

The readme in the directory says that the updated version will be
included with a future cd, but the options specified don't appear to be
included with the one on the 5.2 cd.

 

Is there another site where I can access this?  Thank you.
