 Dunno about 2950's, but i've installed a 4x1850 mirrored servers (2 x 2
hot standbys), QLogic HBAs, a CX300 and two switches and the entire
bundle runs Redhat Cluster Suite and is considered a supported
configuration by all vendors involved.
EMC supply host agents and 'PowerPath' for Redhat and validate two
Redhat compabable HBAs.
I didn't use PowerPath in the above, the Redhat 'multipath' was
suitable for the redundancy I required.

I don't imagine the 2950 would be any different. EMC have a big support
matrix on their web site somewhere.
