Use the dell deployment toolkit and from that toolkit use the syscfg script/command to enable it.
ie,
syscfg --snoopfilter=enable
Good luck.

Subject: Greencreek snoop-filter
Hi all,
I have a bunch of PE1950 using the Greencreek Intel chipset, which features
a snoop-filter, and I have a couple questions about it:
1. is there a way to know if it's enabled or not from the OS?
2. is there a way to enable it without going to the BIOS? I think
that "omconfig chassis biossetup" does not allow this action. Is there a
plan to add this feature?
3; what would be the performance impact of enabling the snoop-filter on
memory-intensive jobs?
Thanks,
