Ah, yes. There is a bug in RHEL4 recently reported where it doenst properly substitute $releasever variable.
go into /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources and hardcode '4' where you see $releasever.
Red Hat has committed a fix, which I believe will be in RHEL4.5 coming up. When I get a couple minutes, I will probably see if there is anything I can do to fix that.
