Ok, I assumed that because RHEL3 was so similar to FC3, that I should follow the FC3 guidelines for RHEL3. That was wrong. FC3 python provides python-abi, but RHEL3 python does not. I have removed this and am in process of releasing 1.2.5 of both firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell.

Release process takes a few hours to do all of the builds and testing.
