Etch Installer RC1 and RC2 hang "Retrieving file 82 of 82"

Yes.  I have an RC1 build on a 1955 already, and an RC1 (and now a fresh RC2) install on a shuttle-x mini PC.

DEFINITELY has something to do with this hardware...odd that I got it successfully installed on ONE 1955 though...
