Here is a patch for a  backport for RH 7.2
http://linux.dell.com/files/megaraid_sas/rhl7.2-backport/

Also the driver has been backported to RHEL 3 wich is also 2.4
http://ftp.us.dell.com/SAS-RAID/mega_r3.tgz

Source Code and patches for RHEL 3, RHEL4 and SLES 9 is in the megaraid_sas-v00.00.02.03-1.noarch.rpm (mega_r3.tgz) package.
