 He recently posted a correction on this. Take the irc part out of the url and it'll work (ftp.sara.nl).

first of all a big "thank you" for debianizing the OMSA 5.1 packages. I've tried to access your repository ("deb ftp://ftp.irc.sara.nl/pub/sara-omsa
dell  sara") but aptitude can't connect to that link. Is there anything I need to know beforehand?
