  It is possible, I suppose.  The kernel can have bugs, or perhaps
there is a legitimate allocation we are not aware of.

  You may want to explore the "vmstat" command, with it's various
switches.  In particular, "vmstat -s" and "vmstat -m".  While I don't
really understand what most of it means, it might at least give us
some clues or point us in the right direction.

  Since the servers are still in testing, you could try disabling all
the OMSA services, rebooting, and letting the server sit there like
that.  See if the "free" memory counts still decline.  That will at
least tell us if OMSA has anything to do with it at all.
