PE1950 CPU upgrades

We've got a couple of low power 1950 dual-dual servers. It turns out  
we could use more CPU cores, so I'm wondering if swapping out the  
CPUs for quad cores is a good option (rather than buying more boxes).  
How easy is it to do CPU upgrades physically on this model? Is there  
any difference in PSUs in the low power models that might preclude  
this? I've never opened one up...
