omreport: "Chassis Power Supplies : Critical" in servers with only 1 power supply

Funny thing is, I ran into the exact same thing just now, but the server never 
had a second power supply.

I hacked the check_om_chassis script to not issue a critical alert on an 
"Unknown" response from power supplies - is this a correct option, or could a 
failed power supply issues an "Unknown" status as well?
