F7 1425 misc. issues

Fedora 7 is using RH's kernels :


...so far.

3194 seem to have issues with acpi, network, usb, etc. on 1425. For 
example no power off acpi event from the front power button, network 
interface activity seems to cause kernel tracebacks, usb devices not 
detected on cold boot (requires modprobe usb-storage during startup).

Will try the newer kernel Wednesday when I get back to work and see if 
things improve.
