Found the problem,
in "/etc/default/snmpd" there is the line "SNMPDOPTS='-Lsd -Lf /dev/null -u
snmp -I -smux -p /var/run/snmpd.pid'"
The option "-I -smux" tells the agent to disable SMUX support.
It work fine now!
