OMSA on Poweredge 2950

I install OMSA on Poweredge 2950 under Debian Etch, but when I try to
login (https://localhost:1311) i receive this message :

Login failed....

and I'm not able to login.
In /var/log/syslog I find these errors :

module: 
/lib/security/pam_unix.so
