1) any output from "dmesg"?
2) do you see your nfs mount if you go to another virtual terminal? (<ALT>-F2)
3) what is the output of "ls -l /tftpboot/pxe/dell_5.2/dsa/" on your
tftp server?
4) What is the output of (iirc) "ls -l /mnt/cd" on the system that is
pxe booted? (from memory, i believe that is where it mounted the nfs
path)
