Thank you for helping me.

After all, does OMSA omreport storage command works by SAS5 ?

I use,
Dell PowerEdge840
SAS5iR RAID1
# uname -r
2.6.18-4-686
# cat /etc/debian_version
4.0

by dmesg
Fusion MPT base driver 3.04.01
Fusion MPT misc device (ioctl) driver 3.04.01

I checked kernel .config.

# Fusion MPT device support
#
CONFIG_FUSION=y
CONFIG_FUSION_SPI=m
CONFIG_FUSION_FC=m
CONFIG_FUSION_SAS=m
CONFIG_FUSION_MAX_SGE=40
CONFIG_FUSION_CTL=m
CONFIG_FUSION_LAN=m

# modprobe mptctl
#lsmod
mptbase  46176  3 mptctl,mptsas,mptscsih
# mpt-status
ioc0 vol_id 0 type IM, 2 phy, 278 GB, state OPTIMAL, flags ENABLED
ioc0 phy 1 scsi_id 32 SEAGATE  ST3300555SS      T107, 279 GB, state ONLINE, flags NONE
ioc0 phy 0 scsi_id 1 SEAGATE  ST3300555SS      T107, 279 GB, state ONLINE, flags NONE

I could check status of SAS5iR RAID controller.

But,
# omreport storage controller
No controllers found

I want to know How to Raid construction operation on debian.
Next, what should I do?
