Hardware RAID on a PowerEdge 1600SC

Thank you for replying Patrick.  Since my original post, I came across a
website warning that Dell's single channel PERC cards can become
"over-saturated" if the total number of physical drives attached to such
a card exceeds four.  Is this a legitimate concern?  Thanks again for
your time.

Yes, I don't remember the minimum array count off the top of my head,
but I know that it is > 2.

Hello everyone.  Will a PERC 4/SC and/or 3/SC allow for two, separate
arrays?  That is to say, two mirrored drives (system) and three stripped
drives (data)?  Many thanks.
