Hmm... Step 1:
http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/FAQ#Repository_setup_fine.2C_srvadmin_wont_install
Specifically: can you check that you have plugins enabled? I should see a
line like:
Loading "dellsysidplugin" plugin
in your output below but I do not. Please add "plugins=1" to your yum.conf.
I think I need to add something to the bootstrap script to deal with this
for the CentOS folks.

our CentOS 4.4 PE1855 and PE1955 systems.
it rocked. it was simple and it worked.
since the change from the software to the hardware repo it no worky worky.
now what i get is this:
[root at foo yum.repos.d]# yum install srvadmin-all
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories

dell-hardware-auto 100% |=========================| 1.9 kB 00:00

dell-hardware-main 100% |=========================| 1.9 kB 00:00
extras 100% |=========================| 1.1 kB 00:00
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments

Nothing to do
[root at foo yum.repos.d]#

i did a:
yum clean all
and that didn't work.
yum version is: 2.4.3
