CentOS 4.5 should have been a slam dunk. Everything is up-to-date and
should all work.

I think you can ignore this message. The openipmi module in CentOS 4.5
is new enough that you shouldnt need the DKMS one.

Were there other problems besides this one?
Do you have the exact error messages? Or possibly a machine where you
can duplicate this? I am setting up a FAQ/Troubleshooting area on the
wiki at: http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/FAQ. I'd like
to capture this error.
