Upgrading OMSA on RHEL4

This is likely because you have been redirected to the emptyrepo. I need
your /etc/yum.repos.d/dell-hw-specific-repository.repo mirrorlist= line,
as well as your IP address so I can look through my server logs.

Do you have plugins enabled in your yum config?  (disabled plugins cause
redirection to the emptyrepo).

Second line was probably added to make the srvadmin-install script
work.
