Upgrading OMSA on RHEL4

If you installed from the CD, you would not have the "srvadmin-all" rpm
installed. This is not that big of a deal, as the individual RPMS should
upgrade just fine. It just wont install any new OMSA components that are
not present in OM 5.0. (I dont think there are any.)

Two options (depending on if you have 'yum' installed or if you are
using up2date):
1) "up2date -u" or "yum upgrade":  This will work.

2) "up2date -i srvadmin-all" or "yum install srvadmin-all": This will
upgrade your current OMSA install and additionally install any
components you dont currently have installed.
