repo problems with EL4 x86_64

Ok, I dont have a system with EL4 and yum installed. I've only tested
the plugin on yum 2.4 and 3.0+.

With yum, it is an absolute prerequisite to get the dellsysidplugin to
run. I suspect I'll need you to add some 'print' statements to the
plugin to see if it is being run.
