IPMI drivers/tools for FC5/RHEL/CentOS

Thank you. I had a reference to old driver name "ipmi_si_drv" that
corresponded to Linux 2.4 instead of "ipmi_si". Other names seem to be
same. With that now I am able to probe the channel, configure and do
remote reset too.

The last kernel provided for FC5 should have a good-enough driver in
it already.  Probably earlier FC5 kernels too.
